| Shipping & Delivery Average Lead Time (please call for specific beds) Iron Art, North Haven Traditions, North Haven Kids 3 to 5 weeks. Domestic Orders All domestic orders are shipped ground carrier. Charges, based on item weight, average $100 to $200. Please call for quotes and special offers. Remote or not easily accessible delivery locations may require a secondary carrier and, if so, additional delivery charges may apply. White glove delivery, including setup, is available for Los Angeles County residents. Please call for quotes. Upon arrival in your area, the freight service will call you to schedule an appointment. Typically you’ll be given a 3-4 hour window of time that someone must be present to accept delivery. All deliveries are scheduled for daytime hours between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. All freight service delivery is "Curbside Only". If you need your order brought inside and/or upstairs, additional delivery charges will apply. Please call for further information. Damaged Items IMPORTANT: Orders damaged during shipping, which are properly documented, will be replaced at no additional charge. Inspect packages thoroughly before signing, noting any dented corners, tears or punctures on the shipper's bill of lading and have the driver initial the notation. A I B is not responsible for damaged items that have been signed for without noting the damage or possible damage at time of delivery. Orders that arrive with obvious damage should be rejected. All damaged items should be reported by calling A I B at (800) 378-1742 within 48 hours of delivery. Orders Outside the US Mainland Delivery by air or by boat can be arranged. | Daybeds and Trundle Beds Our versatile Daybeds and Trundle Beds are also hand-crafted in Los Angeles, California. A top spring frame or slatted frame provides maximum support for your standard 39" x 75" twin mattress. The frame rests 16 inches from the floor and eliminates the need for a boxspring. A 15 inch clearance allows for an optional pop-up trundle unit to store a second standard twin mattress. |
